AUSTRALIA POST ST LEONARDS BUSINESS HUB - ST LEONARDS, NSW

I had to retrieve a parcel urgently going through countless customer service phone calls, I was given the number of the parcel manager who had my parcel delivered at my choosing. Post cops a beating sometimes, but this is a feel good story. I was really impressed.

I was at home waiting for the delivery of a parcel after receiving an email confirming it was being delivered that day. At about 10.30am my husband went to the letter box only to find a card saying I could pick it up from the Post Office later in the day. The delivery man did not even attempt to come to the door to deliver this parcel. This happens regularly with parcels delivered by Australia Post. Courier companies do a much better job. What is the point of having things deivered if Australia Post do not make the effort to fulfill their duty. The Post Office is is in a very busy area with no nearby parking and my parcel was very heavy..No stars for this service.
