This place I disgusting I have now changed provider now with amaysim as a result of the poor custormer service I bought a Samsung j1 mobile payed good money for a faulty phone and they would no help in any way mobile have a year warranty from a shop and a month manafucture warranty why did you guys make ila hassle I waited for sucurity then the police over a mobile you will and cannot sell faulty phones and proceed to blame your custormers do your job properly Optus fair trading my rights in now out of pocket and no phone

This place is shocking do not buy from this store I payed for a mobile phone one hour later the sim card would not read very rude staff not help full at all would not replace the phone they just proceeded to say I did it so I often I waste my time buy a phone wreck it and try return it like have nothing better to do shocking custorner service buy mobile phones elsewhere as they wont help in any way
