Have just had the worst experience with "just fix it electronics", no communication with clients, too many "technicians" looking at your electronic equipment to be repaired, and being "sent" off the premises (with no authority to do so) to other "technicians" to be "looked at" and after we were told that our electronic equipment would cost hundreds of dollars to be repaired and that it was not worth it were eventually fixed for a total sum of $10....and one of the pieces of equipment just needed it's password reset......actually we are still waiting for the "I'll call you back in 20 minutes" that was a week ago ??!!
I found Win and Rob really pleasant and helpful in finding an electronic component for me. They spent a lot of time on this even though there was not much in it for them. Also they didn't patronise me for being a female.
