I would give them no stars if it was possible. I went in to pick up a package from my bank containing my pin for my bank card and was served by a young man(the son) who claimed I through my ID at him and so would not help me. Get in another line of work you ego maniac. I called over the boss and I got my package no thanks to Hotham Hill Post Office. Hows that wouldn't give me my bank package because he was upset. I think this young man has racial issues as there is a lot of reverse racism around this area.

Really bad service,was thrown out by the husband and wife team who i am sure are the owners just because i was at the door two minutes before closing and i needed to pick up a parcel which takes max 3 minutes plus on top of that the tag team couple always chat with customers for ages while everyone else has to wait in line.If the tag team couple are reading this my advice mate get some customer service training instead of arguing with each other all the time..leave that at home nobody wants to hear that first thing every morning.

I have since advised australia post to rederect my mail to another post office as i am happy to go a bit further and get customer service, i am not after good customer service just customer service.My friends and collegues have done the same since i am a Client Rep i will make sure i give this Post office a bad review every time i visit a client or provider.Word travels fast specially in the 21st century.
