mike offered me a good deal on two car keys, cut and coded one at my house and then said that the other which i was not going to buy until he offered me a good rate, couldn't be completed because someone had cleaned out his van and the stuff was at his shop. Told me he would express post, never received, wouldn't answer his phone. when he did promised me again and never delivered. received an email from his office lady saying he was in hospital, and she would express post. still haven't received. poor service and poor business sense
